Can degree first year or second year student can give upsc prelims exam ??

Hello,

No, candidates in their first or second year of graduation are not eligible to appear for UPSC,

the eligibility criteria for UPSC states that candidates need to pass graduation in any discipline from a recognized university, those in the final year of graduation are eligible to apply provided they are able to show the proof of their qualifying examination within the stipulated time period as mentioned by the officials,

you also need to attain 21 years as on 1st August of the appearing year,

UPSC is conducted in three stages namely Preliminary, Mains and Interview/Personality Test.
