Hi there!

So The minimum age limit is 19 to apply for the CDS 2021 Exam. And looking at you DOB, I can can that you have turned 18 this year. So you will have to wait for a year for the OTA exam. Also you need to have bachelor's degree or should be in the last semester to sit for the exam.
