Other state candidates are not eligible for AP EAMCET or TS EAMCET as all the candidates should belong to the state of Andhra Pradesh/Telangana. It is important for the candidates to satisfy Local/Non-Local status requirements as per the state of Andhra Pradesh/Telangana so if you dont have the residential proof of these states then you cannot sit in these exams.
