In all likelihood, NTA will allow you to correct the email id during the correction window which will be opened from January 14 onwards. The correction window will remain open till January 31, 2019. The FAQs given by the NTA mentions that they will allow you to make corrections to the email id or mobile number as well. Other in-depth details about correction are yet to be released.
