You can change your Email Id when the correction window of NEET 2020 released.Note that once the details after correction submitted you cannot edit it .For more details, i can provide you the link just go through it:

Hello Dear Aspirant!
You cannot change certain details like mobile number, examination centre, medium of paper etc even at the time of correction. Once you have entered these details, you cannot make changes to them. So fill all the details very carefully and check everything before you submit the form.
