Yes. ENTC students can give CSE GATE Exam. One can apply for any exam. Since GATE is a very tough exam to crack, you should have the basic as well as advance knowledge of the subject you are appearing for. So if you are planning to give CSE exam, then you will have to prepare for it very thoroughly, from the very basic to advance.
