Yes, ews can be made from correspondence address too . It has nothing to do with your permanent or correspondence address. Your exact address won't be written in your certificate only the district and area will be written.

The main criteria for ews should be as follows:-

1- Your family income should be less than 8L per annum.

2- You should not own more than 5 acres of land.

3- You should not own more than 1000 sqft of land.
