No, You cannot apply for April-May class 12th exam of NIOS . Right Now the practical exams are going on and the registration and exam fee payment ended in December 2019 only.

But don't get sad, you still can apply for October-November Class 12th Exam of NIOS. The last date for registration for October-November Session is 31st March 2020.
