 you can apply for rvnl if you have qualified for gate in any previous year. You have to be graduate for applying this form.

Anyone who has qualified their GATE Examinations can apply for recruitment at the Rail Vikas Nigam Limited. Since this a post-graduate program, you will have to be a graduate before you apply, other than that, qualifying GATE is the only requirement for applying. They also conduct an interview before hiring. 60% of your qualification process depends on your GATE marks and 40% depends on the interview conducted.
