Dear Jaiswal, the accademic qualification for applying for BSNL recruitment through GATE is that you should have completed BE/B.Technot equivalent in Electrical/Civil Engineering. The official notification doesn't talk about Final year students being eligible to apply. Unfortunately, you cannot apply this year.
