As 204 is average mark in UPSEE which will get you something 38k around. (2k positive or negative that depends on cutoff).But if you choose deliberately between colleges and streams, there is chances of getting some good colleges too. Here is the list of college in which you can apply for counseling. 

1.ABES Engg. College, Ghaziabad (CS,IT preferable)

2.GLBITM, Gr. Noida (CS,EC,IT preferable)

3.ITS Engg. College, Gr. Noida (CS,EC,IT preferable)

4.NIET, Gr. Noida (any stream)

5.GNIOT, Gr. Noida (any stream)

6.IPEC, Ghaziabad (any stream)
