Hello dear,
No you can not. The entrance exam for engineering and architecture is called COMEDK UGET. For admission to the medicine programme, there is no entrance exam. NEET is used for MBBS, BDS, Ayush, and other programme admission. So, in order to be admitted to a medical college, you must take the NEET exam.
