Hello student no you're not able to refund fees.
The college has no role in deciding the course curriculum. The course curriculum is decided by the Indraprastha University, Dwarka which the college is affiliated to. The course structure is very good and it covers everything a student needs after he/she passes out of college and starts his/her care"

Fees Review
"The fee structure is feasible. It's 72,000 for even year(2,4) and 90,000 for odd year(1,3,5). Again the fee structure is not decided by our college but is decided by the Delhi government as the college it is affiliated to, the Indraprastha University is a state government college in Dwarka. "  .
