no i am afraid, this wont be possible, 

the only way to enter a engineering college is to either pass the class twelve or to complete the diploma in engineering.

You may not get admissio. In 2nd year btech  after  your second year ITI

You need to follow certain principles for this

You can complete your polytechnic get admission into second year directly.

no you can’t get admission into Btech after ITI but you can take admission in diploma in Engineering. After polytechnic you can get admission in 2nd year directly
