Can i also get job in these companies after completing my B-tech? And also from which university should I do B-tech?

Of course you can get jobs after completing Btech from a reputed college. Try to keep your cgpa more than 7.5 and be focussed and good in college activities. Do internships and courses which can help you and definitely you will be placed.
