As you have don't have mathematic as a subject in class 12 u r not eligible for DU JAT 2018 as they have completely mentioned in their official website that students should have:\Candidates belonging to the General Category should have an aggregate of minimum 60% in four papers including English, Mathematics and other two subjects from the list of elective subjects as approved by the University of Delhi.

As per the eligibilty criteria of  DU JAT 2019 : 

General category and OBC category applicants should possess 60 % marks in aggregate in four papers including English, Mathematics and other two subjects from the list of elective subjects.

 But if you belong to reserved category then:

You must score 50 % marks to apply . 

OTHER ELIGIBILTY CRITERIA :

The applicant should have completed 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognised board .

Applicants who are appearing in 10+2 examination this year can also apply
