With 58 percentile in JEE mains 2020, the only chance you have for appearing in JEE advance is if you are from SC/ST category.If you are general or OBC then you have no chances of qualifying for JEE advance.
One should be among the top 2,50,000 (including all categories) JEE mains qualified candidates for being eligible for advance. The division of category will be in given percentage below.
GEN-EWS - 10%

OBC-NCL - 27%

SC - 15%

ST - 7.5%

OPEN - 40.5%

PwD - 5% horizontal reservation in all above
