Unfortunately you can't be able to do the MBBS after your bachelor's degree because MBBS itself is a bachelor degree in the field of Medical Science which will intake the students via NEET all India entrance examination in the Government Medical Institutes.

AIIMS MBBS is only applicable at AIiMS colleges for MBBS and UG related cohrses. 

Bsc courses dont require AIIMS  UG exam. For Bsc, admission generally given on basis of 12th aggregate marks however this will vary for all colleges as well. So let us know your preferences so we can guide you accordingly .
