NIOS is a  recognised open board and thus valid and acceptable for NEET examination .

Thus, after passing your 12th from NIOS you are eligible for your NEET 2021 Examination provided you must have passed your 12th NIOS with at least a minimum of 50% marks taken together in PCB in your if you belong to general category ; while it's only 40% aggregate in pcb for obc, sc and st categories . You should have also passed English in 12th.
