Yes, you can appear for the next session if you haven't been able to qualify in the earlier session. Fpr example, if you haven't qualified in November session of AIIMS PG, you can appear for the next session whenit is held in July. You needn't re-register all over again. You can login with your old credentials, make the payment and complete the registration.
