Dear.. yes you obviously can but only if you have passed the criteria cutoff of those respective colleges you have filled at the time of registration. without crossing these cutoffs, am sorry you will not be able to continue your admission procedure in these respective colleges.

So... if you want to study in your dream college do work hard and smart. am saying because sometimes just because of wrong counseling decisions we get restricted from getting our dream college, don't make that mistake.
