Dear student,
You can apply in 2019 but i would suggest you to not waste a year  preparing for a simple graduation.  There are still many colleges whose applications are yet to come. Go for them. Do apply. I would suggest you not to drop. In future during placements companies can question you on this and will create a negative impact.
