Hello,

I checked the brochure of CEED 2019. The eligibility that they state in order to apply is completion of degree or diploma which has duration of three years after 10+2 level. You can apply for the examination by October this year for admission in the next academic year. Please refer http://www.ceed.iitb.ac.in/2019/downloads/CEED2019_Brochure.pdf for more details.
