The Common University Entrance Test, earlier known as Central Universities Common Entrance Test is an all-India test being organized by National Testing Agency for admission to various Undergraduate, Integrated, Postgraduate, Diploma, Certification courses and Research Programmes in 45 Central Universities of India.

No, it won't be a problem. You should have obtained at least 50% in the qualifying degree exam. Backlogs will not affect your enrollemebt for the Entrance examination. Backlogs will never be your problem.
