No, you can't apply for JEE mains/ Fill your JEE mains form on 12th march at 6pm as the deadline for the form is 5pm. After that no candidate is allowed to fill the application form.

The time span to fill the application form was from March-6 to March-12th(5pm).

Hello student no  you cannot fill the application form for jee main at 6pm on 12th March as the deadline is UPTO 5 PM for the submission of applicants and upto 11:
50 pm 12 th March  you can pay for the application for that time but you need to fill the application form  upto 5 PM
Eligibility - candidates must passed or appearing class 12 with physics chemistry and mathematics with minimum 75 percent marks aggregate from a recognized board
Application for jee main April examination starts from 07th of February and extended till 12th of March 2020.
