Can I apply for MS chemistry in US if I didn't take math in 12th std?

Yes, you can take up chemistry as your choice of subject!

in your degree, you will generally have maths as one of the subjects.

In the U.S there are no specific cutoff mentioned, but if there is any it should above the mentioned criteria.

Applicants must have passed bachelor degree equivalent to a U.S. four-year bachelor's degree in chemistry.

Applicants with three-year undergraduate degrees will be considered for admission based on holistic review.

minimum marks criteria are:

TOEFL : 100

IELTS : Accepted

GRE : 295

PTE : Accepted

Candidates need to Submit academic transcripts, degree certification, three letters of recommendation and statement of academic interests

Applicants are not required to submit ELP scores if their bachelor’s or master’s degree (or its equivalent) was earned through instruction and examination in English.
