The eligibility criteria criteria for NEET:

• Qualification required : As per Neet eligibility to be eligible you must be either appearing for 12th board examination or should have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry, biology/biotechnology and English as core subject.
• Minimum aggregate marks: General category aspirants must have passed the qualifying examination with 45% marks, while for SC/ST/OBC the minimum marks should be 40% and atleast 50% marks in physics, chemistry, biology/biotechnology.
• Candidates must have completed 17 years of age either at the time of admission or else on or before December 31 of that year od admission. The decision over the upper age limit for NEET exam eligibility has been challenged in the Supreme Court. Despite pending the court's judgment, candidates are allowed to appear for the exam and admissions.
  

• For neet 2022 there's still time left so in meanwhile if judgement comes then eligibility of candidates will depend upon the outcome of judgement.

As of now there is no upper age limit for neet so Yes you can apply for neet 2022 at the age of 25.
The eligibility criteria for neet is

Candidates should have passed Class 12 with physics, chemistry, biology and English as compulsory subjects
For General category with 50% aggregate marks in pcb and for obc ,sc ,St with 40% aggregate marks .

Students should be 17 years as of December 31 on the year of admission
