Most courses for undergraduate courses require a certain amount of family income which is same as the criteria for TFW/EWS. Being a TFWS student has nothing to do with scholarships as they will provide stipen irrespective of caste. Certain scholarship have a income cap do check that in advance. And if you have cleared the minimum requirements of the scholarship, being a tfws is not needed.
