You need to clear the 10+2 to be eligible for neet. Read the following link to see other eligibility criteria: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-eligibility-criteria. I dont find any medical exams whose eligibility is before 10+2. I would suggest you to complete you studies till class 12 and side by side prepare for the entrance exams like NEET, AIIMS and many more... If you want at this stage you can apply for scholarship exams like NTSE or NBO.
