1. You can use your gate 2017 score card for M.Tech admission in year 2017, 2018 and 2019 , it will expire in March 2020 so you cannot use it in 2020

2. Most of the PSUs take candidates from latest gate exam only. A few of them allow candidates from previous gate exams with valid score card. There might be some PSU which will release ad for recruitment through gate 2017 in 2018, but do not expect that in 2019.

Hello Hemant, The GATE score card is Valid for 3yrs... so, you can use it.

All the IITs and IISc Bangalore require valid GATE Scores to be considered for admissions. Some like IIT Jodhpur require just valid GATE scores while more sought out ones like IIT Bombay, IIT Madras etc have a predetermined GATE Cutoff for selections and admissions.
