yes you can apply for iit jam even after one year of passing graduation.....but a minimum of 55% marks in graduation is mandatory for general and obc category students and for sc and st category students, a minimum of 50% is required......for more details you can check it's website.

To be eligible for IIT JAM you should have secured at least 55 per cent marks in aggregate of subjects including languages and subsidiaries of all the years combined. Those however belonging to SC/ST and PwD categories need to secure at least 50 per cent marks in aggregate of the subjects.
