You can apply for two degrees but both of them can't be a regular degree not in TNGASA but same in all the colleges. As per UGC guidelines, you can do only one degree at a time in regular format. If you want to learn anything else along with your regular degree course then you can do a Distance degree course/ certification course/diploma course.
