Hope you are doing great. Each academic year, students can anticipate only being qualified for one of each type of grant their State offers. Schools may place a cap on the number of scholarships they can award a student, but external organizations frequently have no such restrictions. Every scholarship has its own specifications, and even those specifications can change from year to year. Even though you met all the requirements, you might still be rejected because you weren't qualified.
