No, you can't become Aneastologist after BAMS. You can't go for below courses after bams:

cardiology

Orthopedic

Anesthesiologist

Radiologist

But you can go for MD in

Panchkarma

Gynecology

Pediatric

General Medicine

Pathology

Swasthvrutta

Rasshastra and Bhaisajyakalpana

Charak samhita

Shalakya Tantra etc.

You have to do MD after bams. Hope you understand. Best luck!!
