Hello,

The basic requirement to become a coast guard pilot are:

  • You must be an officer in the Coast Guard or a flight-school graduate from another branch of the armed forces to qualify for a position as a helicopter pilot.
  • You must have at least a bachelor's degree and complete the 17-week Officer Candidate School (OCS).
  • Candidates must be Graduates, having Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Also, it is necessary that the candidates should have undergone 10+2 Science stream schooling with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as the main subjects.
  • You must be between 18-22 year's.
