Yes, you can become a DSP officer by writing BPSE exam in Bihar and the DSP post you will have to give the best in BPSE exam as DSP is the highest post and a very challenging job and a DSP has to manage everything and is resposible for maintaining of law& order. so, you will have to work real hard to achive it.
