Hello,

If you want to become Lecturer in college, you don't need to have a B.Ed degree, you only need to qualify your Masters with minimum of 55% and then give UGC-NET exam and after qualifying that exam you can give Interviews in many college for the post of Lecturer or Assistant Professor.

Hey,

As per my knowledge yes you can become a lecturer after completing your master's degree i.e, MCA without pursuing B.ed.I think you can join as a government teacher But for that you need to clear a government teacher exam known as PGT (Post Graduate Teacher ). After clearing this exam you can teach You can also teach up to 12th class.
