Of course you can join a cricket academy after 20, but you have to work really hard to achieve your goals. You need to practice for hours to make it to your desired level. There are many Cricket academies in Indian, but the best ones so far is Sehwag Cricket Academy in New-Delhi, and Karnataka Institute of Cricket in Bangalore.
