can I cancel my 1st year admission of bhms and can I transfer my admission to 1st yr of engineering???

If you have taken admission in BHMS and if you didn't cancel your admission within the end of the counselling (or the last date of cancellation of admission) then you have to cancel your admission by paying penalty and after that only you can take admission in 1st year Engineering.

You can't transfer BHMS to BTech but you can cancel your BHMS admission and then you have to take admission in BTech.

mam 3rd round of councelling not released can I cancel my admission till 3rd round of councelling?? mujhe penalty nahi lagegi n ??
