No you cannot. There is no option of cancelling application form and getting refund. You can choose to appear or not to appear in exam based on your choice but you cannot get any cancellation and refund option once you have applied for NATA examination.

Unfortunately, there is a harsh rule that Fees once paid are not refundable. Under no circumstances the Fees of NATA will be refunded. Whether you appear for the exam or not, or you cancel your registeration or not, fees once paid can't be refunded.

No you can not get any refund money back after completing the application process. After the fees is paid it can not be refunded or adjusted. But you can change your personal details once after completing the process if you done any mistakes. The minimum eligibility criteria for this is 50% marks in 12th standard with PCM. So check everything before you submit the application.
