You need to carry only the first page of your NEET admit card .

You don't need to carry the second and third page as second page has some important instruction and third page has advisory  regarding COVID-19 , so it is only the first page which is required to be carried in your Neet examination centre.

You also need to carry the following documents along  with you to your neet  examination centre along with  the printout of your NEET examination admit card:-

* Your  passport size photograph

*A valid ID proof of yours like Aadhar card or Voter ID or Passport etc

*PWD certificate (if applicable)
