Hello,

No, you are not allowed to carry any kind of transparent file in the examination centre.

You are allowed to carry only a valid id proof ( voter/adhar/pan), A print copy of your NEET admit card with passport size photograph affixed on it, multiple passport size photographs(same as uploaded in the admit card).

Besides the above documents, you are not allowed to carry anything inside the NEET examination hall. Not even a pencil box or water bottle is allowed. To write the exam, you will be provided with machine gradable sheet and ball point pen in the NEET examination center.

You should only carry admit card , a photo which can be Aadhar card , voter id , passport , driving license  ..should be carried inside the examination hall with you. You can carry mask and hand sanitiser too.

These are the important info about NEET

• General exam day instructions for NEET 2020 are printed on the admit card. A few important instructions on the NEET admit card are:
• Candidates can set their watch with the clock on the NTA NEET website
• The last entry into the examination hall will be at 1.30 pm.
• Candidates found in possession of the barred items will not be allowed to complete the examination.
• Candidates should visit the exam centre a day before the examination
• Geometry/ pencil box, calculator, log table, slide ruler, any paper or textual material, etc. are not allowed inside the examination hall.
• Handbags, purse, wallet, electronic gadgets, calculators, watches, etc are also barred inside the examination hall.
• Students are not allowed to carry any eatable or water bottle inside the examination hall. However, diabetic students are allowed to carry fruits/ sugar tablets and a transparent water bottle.

So,I would suggest you not to take the files and all, it would be better to carry only the documents and important things
