Generally the original DMC is issued by the university and you can't check it online. Though if you have lost it or haven't got it then most of the Universities have facilities for students by which they can avail duplicate or can get the dmc reissued at nominal cost.

Kindly check on the website of the university you have taken admission in. You can contact the college authorities for more help regarding the same.
