I understand your doubt .let me clarify you. That yes,you can change your school in class 12 but the other college should be of same board.

For that you will be needed the following document

1.class 11 report card

2.migration certificate

3.school leaving certificate

You cannot change your board after class 11 as registration is done in class 11 only so you have persue your class 12 exam with the same board only.
