no you can't change the centre bcoz in admit card their is written that centre can;t be changerd .

No, you can't  change the centre once it is choosed by.but you can make corrections in your jEE mains form if there are any mistakes. You can change at the time of availability of application correction window( dates march 11-15).  you can correct the application form details .

The date for correction of the JEE Main April Application is between 11 March,2019-15 March,2019. So you can do the changes during that. You can find other important dates fot the April JEE Main exam in the following link below:-

I think yes you can change the centre address after applying the JEE exam form.

After opening of correction window you will be able to change your examination center preferences.

You can also get permission from JEE Main authority by getting in contact with them via mails.

I'm sorry to say that you can not change your exam city in the JEE Main 2019 Application Form. Except exam city you can change every particulars in the JEE Main 2019 Application Form.
