You will get correction facility for all these three exam which you have mentioned (SRMJEE, VITEEE, AEEE) but upto exam authorities whether they will provide the facility for changing centres or not.
VITEE will offer slot booking option where you will be able to choose centre.For AEEE the chances are less.As of current announcement all these exams are scheduled to take place in July.
