With reference to your query , I am very sorry to tell you that once applications registeration is completed and fees is submitted. It is not possible to change preference of examination centre from you end . But you can try by mailing them regarding your problem to the concerned authorities , they will help you surely but try to mail them with a very strong reason of your problem
