Dear Student ,

Generally change of University in 2nd year depends on the permission that can be given by the college authority. Besides of that , most of the colleges .. specifically in technology colleges .. they take caution money at the time of admission which may not be refunded if you are not completing the course at that college.

So, Transfer in another college totally depends on the decision of giving you migration to take admission in another University.

Note : In semester (CBCS) system , fees is taken on per semester basis .
