Yes, you can change your preferences of college/branch options in online web options of TS EAMCET Phase 2 counselling if you have already participated in phase 1 counselling. If you are allotted a seat in phase 2 then your previous seat allotment (if you secured any seat in phase 1) will get cancelled automatically and you cannot claim the previous seat. If you are not allotted any seat in phase 2 then the previous seat allotment will not get cancelled and you can accept the seat and join.
