Once your admit card is out you cannot change your center of examination. I am sorry to inform you this but now you have to give exam on the same center as on admit card.

sorry their is no such options available for center change , but this can be change if their is option for change when windows are open.

but it is not sure that you may get your prefereed center after change as seats may get full.

Well, there is no such option available in any of the entrance exams. However, you can correct it once, when correction window opens. But as you mentioned that admit cards has been issued, so it means that corection window is closed and now you can not change any detail/information in same.
